Postage and packing
Worldwide postage is included in the cost of all prints. We take the utmost care to ensure that your prints arrive in pristine condition. Your print will be dispatched in a thick, sealed cardboard tube for maximum protection. It is strongly suggested that you allow your picture framer to unpack your parcel to ensure that your print is kept in pristine condition. Our cardboard tubes will not necessarily fit through a letterbox so you may wish to make special arrangements with your postal delivery service beforehand. We will try and send your print as soon as possible after payment has been received. This will normally be the next working day. We have a policy of dispatching prints within 28 days of payment being received, although most of our customers in the Europe receive their print within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer compensation for late delivery, but will contact you via email if for any foreseeable reason your print is delayed.

Warranties, Cancellations, Returns, Complaints

Any print that you purchase may be subject to slight differences to the ‘on screen’ representations on this website. We are not liable for this. Where we have had access to an original artwork we have matched our print as closely as possible. If there is damage to the original we may have made digital corrections to the image to rectify the image. If this is the case the changes have been fully supported by the licensor.

We cannot be responsible for the durability of any work. However, if you are not totally happy with your print upon delivery, we have a comprehensive returns policy.

Returns and Cancellations
We take great care in packaging your print. We want you to have years of pleasure from your purchase and to buy further prints from us. In the unlikely event of an item arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain both the item(s) and the original packaging in case our courier service needs to inspect them. We are not liable for any damage caused after you have taken delivery of your purchase.

If you are not 100% happy with your print for any other reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the print, providing it is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply contact us with your order number and reason for wanting a refund. We will provide you with instructions for returning the print to us and issue a full refund, following receipt and inspection.

In either of the above cases, please ensure that you contact us prior to returning the print, so that we can provide you with shipping instructions.

If you wish to make a complaint about any part of our service, please  contact us with details of your complaint and we will ensure a response within 5 working days.
